Perform functions to facilitate and provide support for Sales-Solutions management as it pertains to MAC internal and customer projects. Responsible for creating and handling of project deliverable documentation, as it pertains to Sales-Solutions projects. Perform functions to administratively support department management with customer orders from point of request for quotation through customer runoff and post shipment service. This includes creating documentation as it pertains to quote preparation, project cost estimation, incoming order processing, vendor purchasing and manuals.
Essential Job Responsibilities
1. Interact with company engineering, sales, marketing and purchasing as required for contribution to the overall business success in the development of custom gauging systems for customers.
2. Process, create, organize, and maintain archive of quotation documents for ease of processing and reference.
3. Process, create, organize, and maintain archive of export compliance materials as they pertain to Sales-Solutions projects and workflows.
4. Aid in the organization, verification, and implementation of document control procedures as they pertain to drawings, manuals, bill of materials and other project related documentation.
5. Assist in the organization and arrangement of logistics for demonstrations, line up, project planning and design review meetings with distributors and Mitutoyo America sales personnel as they pertain to Sales-Solutions projects.
6. Visit vendors for progress review as required.
7. Keep informed on Mitutoyo America products.
8. Attend meetings and participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions as required.
9. Follow all procedures required by and in accordance with company and department policy.

Requirements/Experience:
- 2 years related experience
